SHIPPING INFORMATION

Mosquito Creek does it's best to ship out every order the same business day. During the holidays, order volume make this harder, but be assured we are dedicated to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Each order will also be accompanied by an email with tracking numbers for your package(s). We ship services provided by UPS and the USPS for any packages with PO BOX destinations. For these carriers, normal shipping times can range from two business days in the southeastern United States to 8 business days in remote parts of the west coast and to Alaska or Hawaii. Our rates feature free ground and express shipping levels and are based on your order total and can be found below. RETURNS

Please call 800-250-5191 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), items returned without a RMA# cannot be accepted.

All returns must be sent back in salable condition. Meaning all stickers, tags, etc must be in place and no product may show any signs of wear.
