Frequently Asked Questions

1) Who will you ship my package via?

Depending on the package size and destination, we will ship your order via the USPS or UPS. Most packages without PO BOX destinations will ship via UPS. Please call or email us with any extra specific shipping instructions or for quotes for any shipping services other than our standard Ground and Express methods.

2) How long will it take for my order to ship?

We generally ship all orders, placed before 3pm EST, the same business day. During the peak holiday times, please allow an additional business day for us to process and ship your order.

3) How long till I get my order?

Mosquito Creek is located just outside of Orlando, FL. Once your order has been shipped, it can take anywhere from 2 - 8 business days to reach it's continental U.S. destination. For Hawaii and Alaska, please add an additional 2-3 business days.

4) What is your return policy?

We have a 30 days return policy. Please call us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) #. We also ask that any returns be in the same condition in which they were received. We cannot accept any worn, soiled, or broken items as returns.

5) Do you ship outside the United States?

Absolutely. Canadian customers are welcome to place their orders online and they be shipped just like any other order. Customers in other countries are welcome to call or email as well for specific shipping quotes. For all international orders, please allow for customs fees and additional time for the carrier to delvier your package to customs, as well as time for your package to pass through your country's customs (up to 20 business days total) as well as customs fees.

6) Can you notify me when a product is back in stock?

The website is set to allow every customer to sign up for in stock notifications for every product. If we are out of something currently, just sign up and you will be notified as soon as we receive more!

7) How do I get on your mailing list for events and specials?

Right on the front page of www.mosquitocreekoutdoors.com, you can sign up for our email list. We periodically send out notices of new items, sales, and special in store events.
