Beau Osborne grew up in the 1960's on Merritt Island and spent his youth
exploring and fishing the surrounding waters. He has extensive knowledge
of the area that can only be gained through years of living in Central
Florida and fishing the local waters.
If you are new to the sport of fly fishing, don't be afraid as Beau loves
to instruct beginners and caters to any level of experience.
Offering both light tackle and fly fishing trips, Beau specializes in
fly fishing for bass and panfish and saltwater flats species. He is one
of the very few local guides who is proficient in guiding fly anglers
to catches of bass and panfish in local freshwater lakes and streams such
as Lake Toho, the Kissimmee Chain and Shingle Creek.
These freshwater trips can be a perfect getaway for an angler who is visiting
the Orlando area with family or in town on business and wants to spend
all or part of a day on the water. Due to the proximity of his fishing
areas, it is often possible to arrange pick-up and drop-off at your hotel.
Whether you choose to fish the Orlando area freshwater or the nearby saltwater
flats you will be fishing out of a Maverick flats boat rigged for fly
